Auto and equipment fuel consumption reports (N-221, N-222), 1968-[ongoing].

This series consists of two types of forms maintained at each Corrections facility to document the auto/vehicle supplies on hand and the amount of gasoline, grease, and oil products dispensed during themonth. These forms are completed and the information is entered into the computer system or forwarded to the accounting office in Montgomery. Form N-221, Petroleum Products Receipt lists the prison name, the amount of inventory (gas, diesel, oil, grease, antifreeze, etc.) on hand, amounts ordered, and amounts used during the month. Form N-222, Automotive and Equipment Fuel Consumption Report lists vehicle receiving gas and petroleum products and amount of each. These reports are used to generate series S-14-16, Monthly Equipment and Repair Charges Reports.
